Training & Workshops
RESL offers decommissioning and well abandonment training and workshops to decommissioning stakeholders (operators, partners, regulators, government authorities, international agencies, insurance companies, environmental groups etc.).
Decommissioning is not a core operation for most operators nor regulators, but represents a huge potential liability and negative impact on cash flows and profitability. Not having competent staff, trained in regulating, managing, executing decommissioning is therefore a key risk for many regulators and petroleum companies. RESLs training courses range from introducing the key aspects of strategic management to senior executives, to the understanding of common and innovative techniques for project engineers, operations managers and regulator employees.
